"Just saw 'Judas Kiss' tonight and wanted to say what a wonderful job you did. You have been a favorite actress since Hidden Frontier and I hope you have many screen credits to your name in the future as this movie shows your acting chops."
Tobey S.C. (via Facebook, June 2011)
"Screened 'Judas Kiss' last night at Maryville University with the boyfriend. Your talent never ceases to amaze me. Seeing you rise from S'Tal in season 4 to Stadi in 'Frontier Guard' to 'Judas Kiss'... Seriously, I am so proud just to know you."

“Hola Julia, my name is Juan Carlos and I and my family just discover the universe of Frontier Guard, I want to congratulate you cause the series is very good and you are very interesting and good actress, I think you will go very far in this business, you are very beautiful and can be innocent, sexy, bad or whatever you decide. I am learning about your career and I respect your work. I enjoy when things and work is done with passion. Your face is one of the more interesting faces I meet cause you are beautiful and cute and hard at the same time and just with not much you can express feeling, you can be innocent and just with a gesture you can became so evil, you can be so sexy and change to a badass. That is one of the things I enjoy in an actress - that can became what ever just by acting. I was an actor in the university and well, the life took me another way and that is why I appreciate the chameleonic actors.”

“Your play (Twenty-Two) was brilliant and you are a talented actor as well as writer. You need to get that play published...Again, your play rocked!”

“That was a righteous play (”Twenty-Two“) you put on...congrats on everything!”
Lisa Y. (via Facebook February 2010)
“Just wanted to say that one of my co-workers was raving about having seen a fabulous show called ‘Twenty-Two.’ Small world. Congratulations on a great review from a harsh critic. He was really impressed with your writing and acting.”

“You’ve been doing a fantastic job with HFP (Hidden Frontier Productions).”

“Julia left me speechless. She did a flawless job of being in the moment and allowing us all to witness her experience everything and feel the emotion with her on every little detail.”
July Smith, actor, October 2009
“I thought I would drop you an email to say that I caught the film Sin & Lyle on IMDB quite by accident while checking out some of the Trek fan film sites such as Odyssey and Hidden Frontier. I must say that I was very impressed and moved by your film which I must congratulate you on making. Wearing all four hats as lead actor, writer, producer and director is no mean feat. I particularly liked the way it was shot in order to reflect its downbeat subject matter and the use of the music in the scene where Sin and Lyle start to take the pills in the pact they have made with each other which feels like a dinner date of sorts, it’s almost romantic and seductive in tone, you kind of get drawn into it only to be abruptly snapped back to reality by Lyle’s vomiting in the bathroom. Brilliant cut by the way.”

“I just watched Sin & Lyle. I really enjoyed it. It had a lot of great dialogue and I like a lot of your choices on camera angles. It was really fascinating to watch. It had a lot of grittiness that I’m often afraid to do as a filmmaker. It was that ‘grit’ that made Sin & Lyle more real for me.”
J.T. Tepnapa (Director/Producer, Blue Seraph Productions, via e-mail 2007)
“Great film, really. I loved your character, her energy and outlook. And the story was on point.”
Greg Daye on ‘Sin & Lyle’ (Producer, ‘Adjourned,' via e-mail, 2007)
“I think that having Julia portray Stadi is as an out-going character is such a nice contrast to S’Tal. S’tal captured everything it means to be Vulcan perfectly. Even the understated humor. Now seeing the same actress play Stadi, is such a counter-point and shows the full range of her acting capabilities. Wow.”
Jaiden-Verax (via the ‘Hidden Frontier’ forum, December 6, 2007)
“I would watch Ms. Morizawa doing anything - she is just that good.”
Sisu (via the ‘Hidden Frontier’ forum, October 6, 2007)
“Have to admit, I’m a big Maya Stadi fan. Julia was such a joy to watch in Odyssey as well as Hidden Frontier!”

“I think Julia is my fave actor on Odyssey. I like the others but there is something about Julia I like, not just her beauty but something inside her as a person you know what I mean.”
Rich (via the ‘Hidden Frontier’ forum, September 29, 2007)
“I am a fan of your work on Hidden Frontier and Star Trek: Odyssey. I have recently come across the Infinite Pictures site and am intrigued by your personal confession and subsequent action. I admire the strength you have shown in confronting your issues and the utilization of the film media to explore it and increase awareness.”
