JOE GAUCI (Sound Mixer/Designer) is a veteran Sound Designer and Audio Engineer with vast experience in the advertising and entertainment industries . Most recently, Joe served as the Chief Engineer for start-up studio 38 Greene in Soho. For three years prior to that, Joe was Production Engineer and Sound Designer at New York’s Nutmeg Recording. He also worked as Senior Engineer at Pomann Sound in NYC for 8 years. Credits include radio and mix-to-picture for ABC, Mercedes Benz, AT&T, IBM, Burger King, Sony Music, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo and more. Joe has also worked on long-form programs/films including the theatrical release of Disney’s “Doug’s 1st Movie” and the Disney television series “Doug”, “Aladdin”, “Timone and Pumba” and Nickelodeon’s “Kablam” and “PB&J Otter.” Joe has contributed countless hours to independent film projects. He finds that the relationships that he cultivates with young directors are very rewarding.
